1. Acceptance

By using MyChatReply, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

MyChatReply provides a platform to manage Facebook and Instagram messages via a unified dashboard and API. The service requires a paid subscription after a 7-day free trial.

3. Accounts

• You must provide accurate registration information
• You are responsible for maintaining account security
• You must be at least 18 years old to use the service
• One person or entity may not maintain more than one free trial account

4. Subscription and Billing

• A 7-day free trial is provided upon registration — no payment required
• After the trial, a subscription of $30/month (or discounted multi-month plan) is required for continued access
• Payments are accepted in cryptocurrency via NowPayments
• Subscriptions are non-refundable except as required by law
• Access is suspended immediately upon subscription expiry

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use MyChatReply to:

• Send spam, unsolicited messages, or violate Meta's Messaging Policies
• Harass, abuse, or harm any person
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or compromise the platform
• Resell access to the platform without authorisation

6. Facebook Platform Compliance

By connecting your Facebook pages, you agree to comply with Meta's Platform Policy and Community Standards. You are solely responsible for the content of messages sent through the platform.

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.

8. Service Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for downtime caused by third-party services (Meta, payment processors, hosting providers).

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time from the Subscription page in your dashboard.

10. Limitation of Liability

MyChatReply is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

11. Changes

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify you of material changes by email.
